SAILING COMPANIONWAY DOORS
Our companionway doors, custom built specifically for your boat, with your choice of our practical accessory inserts, allow captain and crew numerous options for comfort, privacy and security. Our companionway doors are fabricated from "Seaboard," a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and come with our manufacturer's lifetime guarantee of a uv resistant, non-fading, scratch and odor resistant, waterproof, recyclable and virtually maintenance free substrate. We've recently re-engineered our doors so the inserts are interchangeable faster and easier and are swapped out in minutes.
OUR LOUVERED COMPANIONWAY WITH CHOICE OF INSERTS
Our louvered design allows the crew below deck to see out while shielding them from others seeing in. For additional privacy, comfort and convenience, we offer numerous insert options featuring "hard coated," 1/4" thick, clear bronze and/or smoked lexan/polycarbonate panels, manufactured by Markolon, bug screens, and solid Seaboard panels. Our insert panel's edges are bullnosed for safe handling and are easily interchangeable by merely lifting them in and out of their retaining tracks. All our doors feature stainless steel cam locks by Southco and the highest quality stainless "lift off" hinge hardware by Sugastune for easy swap outs and storage below deck.
